Indulge in all of the best flavours of Spain at our popular Paella class. You'll learn how to create one of the world's most famous seafood dishes, all about Paella's history and regional variations, as well as where to find top-quality Spanish ingredients.

This class features the widest range of species in any of our classes – think prawns, squid, and a range of bivalves (vongole, mussels and friends) – meaning you'll leave with a host of new prep skills too.
