Meeting and pickup
Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name clearly written on it. If you arrive on an international flight, the pickup point is just after immigration and customs clearance, outside the international arrivals gate. For domestic flights, the pickup will be just outside the domestic terminal exit.

Once you complete your booking online, you’ll receive an instant confirmation via email or WhatsApp, including details of your transfer, pickup time, and driver contact (if available).

A day before your arrival, we’ll send a reminder to reconfirm your flight details and ensure everything is on schedule.
Arrival & Meeting Point
Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), proceed to the arrival hall.
For international flights: Pass through immigration and customs, then head to the main arrival area.
For domestic flights: Exit the terminal directly to the pickup zone.
Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
