On this tour, you will immerse yourself in the art of Iaido and the spirit of the samurai in an authentic Japanese setting—a serene garden adjacent to a historic samurai residence. Guided by a master Sensei, you will train with antique swords and deepen your understanding of traditional swordsmanship while building meaningful connections with the Sensei and his community. The garden, offering views of a temple bell and the surrounding neighborhood, provides a tranquil backdrop for this unique experience, culminating in a walk to the nearby Meguro Fudoson temple, dedicated to Fudomyooh, the deity of purification and desire.

In the traditional cutting sessions of Japanese martial arts like "Battodo" and "Iaido", a Replica sword is used to cut the urethane rod instead of real KATANA. You will experience a cutting method called "Kesagiri", where you perform diagonal slashes at a 45-degree angle. Our qualified staff ensures that all participants have a safe experience.
