Gwangyang Maehwa(plum) Village
Following the Seomjingang River flowing down the outskirts of Jirisan Mountain is a village filled with plum trees. Seomjin Village, is also known as the Maehwa (plum) Village. Instead of crops and grains, plum trees are cultivated on farmlands, boasting white snow-like blossoms in March and bearing plentiful ripen plums in June. The annual Plum Blossom takes place in the village every March when the plum blossoms are in full bloom.

Jeonju Hanok Village is at the city of Jeonju and there are over 800 traditional Korean hanok houses. Hanok Village retains its historical charms and traditions. This village is especially beautiful for its unique roof edges which are slightly raised to the sky. You can also enjoy Korean traditional food such as bibimbap, dduck galbi, and noodles as well as various snacks like ice creams, Choco Pie. You can also borrow and wear Hanbok. Enjoy Gyeonggijeon Shrine, Pungnammun Gate, Nambu Traditional Market and Omokdae.
