This unique experience combines three iconic Jaipur crafts—block printing, blue pottery, and lac bangle making—into one hands-on workshop. Guests learn the fundamentals of each craft and create their own handmade pieces in a welcoming studio environment, offering a creative and interactive way to explore Jaipur’s rich craft traditions.

What to expect

What You Will Experience

Block Printing Workshop
Learn the fundamentals of Jaipur’s traditional block printing craft.
• Introduction to the craft, blocks, motifs, and colours
• Artisan demonstration and guided practice
• Print two textile pieces – a tote bag and a cushion cover

Blue Pottery Workshop
- Introduction to the unique clay mixture and moulding process
- Design and paint one Blue Pottery plate using traditional oxide colours
- Option to take the piece home the same day or leave it for glazing and firing

Lac Bangle Making Experience
Experience the vibrant tradition of Lac bangle making.
- Learn the traditional process of melting, shaping, and colouring Lac
- Understand the simple tools and techniques used by artisans
- Create two Lac products to take home as souvenirs

Take Home Your Creations
By the end of the experience, you will leave with a collection of handmade creations crafted by you, along with a deeper appreciation for Jaipur’s rich craft heritage.

- Hand-printed textile items
- A hand-painted Blue Pottery plate
- Lac creations crafted during the workshop
