I will teach you how to prepare traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes, with a special focus on handmade pasta. The class is open to everyone—adults and kids, complete beginners, experienced cooks, guests with allergies, or vegetarians. The only requirement is curiosity!

You don’t need to travel anywhere : I will come directly to your accommodation. You can relax, feel at home, and get ready for a unique and fun experience. Together we will cook delicious food, enjoy a beautiful meal, and share a good glass of wine!

I will guide you step by step in preparing some of the most iconic dishes of the culinary tradition, starting with handmade pasta—mixed, rolled, and cut by you, just like it used to be.

You won’t have to worry about anything : I bring all the ingredients and equipment, and I’ll guide you with the warmth and calm of a home-style lesson. All you need to do is enjoy the moment, learn something new, and get ready to share a real Italian lunch or dinner together, sitting at the table like family. It’s a rustic, authentic, and flavorful experience—perfect for anyone who truly wants to discover Italy through its cuisine.
