You will discover the true Italian cuisine as it has been handed down, both that of my region and other Italian regions. You will learn how to use the right ingredients, appreciate their absolute quality, and also use special tools. A vegetarian menu is also available on request.
I will explain in detail how to prepare the recipes of the menu, and I will deliver a printed version, so with the technique you have acquired you can replicate the dishes of Italian cuisine at home.
You'll have fun learning how to prepare dishes and getting your hands dirty, and eventually we'll enjoy everything at the table, where you'll be sitting with me and my family.

What to expect

With this experience you will learn how to make fresh homemade pasta totally by hand, with the only help of a rolling pin and guitar.
The course involves the creation of the dough starting from the classic fountain on the wooden surface with which to make the dough pulled with a rolling pin. From this will be made the classic tagliatelle cut with a knife and the ravioli ricotta and spinach, another classic of grandmothers' cuisine.
You will also make another dough for spaghetti alla chitarra to be made with the appropriate tool, the guitar, and the rolling pin.
Once the pasta is ready, you will have to taste it with my condiments, chosen according to the season and my imagination.
The meal will end with a dessert made by me chosen from those representative of my family or local tradition.

The cooking class also includes a welcome drink, a great bottle of wine for every 2 people, unlimited water, and coffee.
