You will discover the true Italian cuisine as it has been handed down to me, both that of my region and other Italian regions. You will learn to use the right ingredients, appreciate their absolute quality and also use special tools. A vegetarian menu is also available on request. I will explain in detail how to prepare the recipes of the menu and I will give you a printed version so, with the technique you have acquired you can replicate the dishes of Italian cuisine at home. You'll have fun learning how to prepare dishes and getting your hands dirty, and eventually we'll enjoy everything at the table, where you'll be sitting with me and my family.

Mussels au gratin, marinated anchovies, canapés with tuna pâté.

Noodles with mussels.

Handmade tagliolini seasoned in white to enhance the taste of mussels

What to expect

It will start immediately with the preparation of Tiramisu and then move on to pasta for tagliolini. During the rest of the dough, which will take about 30 minutes, I will offer you a glass of Prosecco, after which we will continue with the rolling out of the dough and cutting the tagliolini. Now we just have to sit at the table to enjoy a good meal together.
