What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your tour. Enter the distillery through the gate beneath the tall brick chimney. At the end of the corridor you'll see a glass door to our admissions desk - we'll be expecting you.
What to expect
Originally founded in 1840, the Distillery has been meticulously restored and offers a world-class visitor experience. This is the reawakening of one of Scotland’s most highly regarded silent distilleries.
Your experience begins with immersive storytelling, as the tales of this historic distillery are projected around you onto the original warehouse walls. From there, a guided tour through the beautiful new distillery, where you’ll discover each step of our unique whisky-making process.
You'll visit our stunning glass-fronted still house with its three enormous copper pot stills, before visiting the warehouse where precious casks of whisky lie.
Your experience will conclude in our luxurious tasting room with a tutored tasting of two award-winning single malt whiskies and a sample of New Make Spirit. The drams served are Glengoyne 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt, and Tamdhu 12 Year Old Speyside Single Malt.
