Shared luxury transfer service from selected London or Heathrow hotels to Southampton cruise terminal.
This service is available on all dates when Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess & Disney cruise ships are visiting Southampton. The service is also available to passengers on other ships if your arrival dates and arrival times coincide with ships listed. Please note you will need to make your own way from the ship we are servicing on that date.
Dates in 2026 will have a maximum of 6 travellers.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We only offer pick-up from selected London city centre and Heathrow Airport hotels. If your hotel is not on the list or you are staying at an apartment or Airbnb, you will need to provide the address in the additional information box during the booking process. We will then contact you after your booking is placed to confirm if we can offer a pick-up here or advise on your nearest available pick-up point. Your driver will collect you from your hotel reception between 09:45-10:45am. The exact time will be confirmed after booking.
Drop off is at Southampton Cruise Terminals. Upon arrival in Southampton you will walk straight to the check in desk where porters will take care of your luggage, ensuring it is delivered to your cabin.
What to expect
This is a shared transfer service using executive MPV's/Minivans with a maximum capacity of 4 people* and a maximum 2-3 pick ups per vehicle to ensure a comfortable and efficient transfer.
*Dates in 2026 will have a maximum of 6 people.
Passengers can be dropped at all Southampton cruise terminals, directly at the ship, where the porters will take your luggage on board. Our scheduled arrival time is between 1.00pm & 1.30pm.
Drop offs are available at all Southampton Cruise Terminals, and the following Southampton hotels. Please specify in the additional comments box if you would like to be dropped off at any of the following:

- At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: hotel name & ship name
- On select dates, due to large events taking place in Central London we may not be able to offer certain drop offs. We will contact you when we receive your drop off location if this is the case.
- Infant seats must be requested in advance
- Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each).
- If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.
- Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.
- This service is not operating in 2026.
