Our friendly instructors, fluent in English, Japanese, and Spanish, will guide you through each step.
We provide all ingredients and tools—just come ready to cook, learn, and enjoy!
MAKI Sushi
The most common type of sushi, often called a "sushi roll." It’s made by rolling sushi rice, fish, and vegetables inside a sheet of seaweed (nori)
TEMARI Sushi
A cute, bite-sized Sushi made of rice topped with fish or vegetables—without any seaweed sheet. "Temari" refers to a traditional Japanese ball.
