Whether you come with family, friends, or solo, our friendly instructors—fluent in English, Japanese, and/or Spanish—will be there every step of the way to help you master the art of making authentic Ramen (Japanese noodle soup) and Gyoza (Japanese dumplings with vegetables and pork)
In this fun and interactive class, you'll start with a 30-minute orientation and preparation session, followed by 1.5 hours of cooking. Afterward, relax and enjoy the Ramen and Gyoza you’ve made, paired with drinks like sake, beer, and soft drinks, during a 1-hour tasting session.
Please book at least one day in advance and bring just yourself! We provide all the ingredients and tools you'll need. (Booking is essential for this class.)
