• Pickup is available from all major hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, and the Montego Bay Cruise Port. • Please provide your exact pickup location (hotel name, Airbnb address, or cruise ship details) when booking to ensure accurate scheduling. • You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or phone the evening before your tour with your exact pickup time. • If you’re staying outside of Montego Bay (e.g., Negril, Falmouth, or Ocho Rios), additional charges may apply. Please contact us before booking for pricing and availability. • If you are arriving by cruise ship, we will meet you just outside the port gate holding a sign with your name or “Aktiv Transfer” logo.
What to expect
• Pickup: Our friendly, professional driver will meet you at your hotel, Airbnb, or cruise port. Look for a sign with your name or the Aktiv Transfer logo.
• Ride to Tour Site: Enjoy a comfortable, private ride in an air-conditioned vehicle. Travel time to the rafting location is about 20–30 minutes.
• Arrival: Your driver will introduce you to the rafting staff and remain nearby during your experience.
• Return Trip: After the tour, you’ll be returned safely to your original pickup point.
Note: Please provide your full pickup details at booking. Pickup outside Montego Bay may include an extra fee.
