Handmade Custom Rug Tufting Workshop in Istanbul

You will begin your workshop by choosing the design you would like to create. You can select from our ready-made motifs or bring your own simple image, pattern, drawing, or logo. Whether you want to make a wall rug, floor rug, car mat, bag detail, decorative piece, or a handmade gift for someone special, we will help you turn your idea into a real tufting piece.

First, we will introduce you to the materials, yarn colors, frame, and professional tufting gun. Then, our instructor will show you how to use the tufting gun safely and comfortably. After a short practice, you will start creating your own design step by step.

During the workshop, we will guide you with color selection, design placement, tufting technique, trimming, and finishing details. You do not need any previous experience; we will be with you throughout the whole process.

At the end of the experience, you will have a unique handmade textile piece created by you, ready to take home as a creative and personal souvenir from Istanbul.
