Every Thursday morning, meet us in Puerto Vallarta’s Cinco de Diciembre neighborhood for a refreshing SUP yoga experience. Our paddleboards are ready and waiting on the calm ocean waters, so you can step right into your 1-hour floating yoga class. Surrounded by stunning coastal views, you’ll flow through a gentle yoga sequence focused on balance and mindfulness. Afterward, enjoy 30 minutes of free paddling time to explore, relax, or take in the beautiful surroundings. Perfect for all levels, this class is a unique way to connect with nature in Puerto Vallarta!

1-Hour SUP Yoga Class
Anchored in place, you’ll start with centering breathwork, helping you settle into the floating yoga mat beneath you. Your instructor will lead a carefully designed yoga flow, guiding you through gentle postures. This isn’t about extreme poses; rather, it’s a grounding practice designed to help you connect with the natural rhythm of the ocean beneath you.
Along the way, you’ll learn tips for improving balance and focus, both on and off the paddleboard. This practice offers a refreshing new way to experience yoga as you’re surrounded by the serene sounds and views of the ocean.
