What to expect
Families will share a festive meal including smoked reindeer crumble, loimu-grilled salmon with sausages and potatoes, children’s favorites, and Finnish squeaky cheese with cloudberry jam, along with Christmas cookies, glögi, and chocolate treats.
Children can have fun on the sledding hill, while everyone can take part in Finnish traditions like tin casting predictions. Bring your own gifts for the guide, who will wear a festive elf hat and distribute them to children or loved ones.
During the New Year’s special, you’ll also enjoy a fireworks show at midnight. Throughout the experience, you’ll have warm winter clothing, gloves, and boots provided, and there is a chance to spot the Northern Lights and see reindeer in the snowy surroundings.
