You will be picked up from your hotel or apartment in Rome and will head to the historic city of Pompeii in a comfortable private air-conditioned minivan accompanied by your tour assistant. Start your Neapolitan adventure with a visit to Castel dell'Ovo, one of the city's oldest fortresses, located on the seafront. Continue towards Piazza del Plebiscito, one of the largest and most majestic squares in Italy, dominated by the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola and the Royal Palace. In the heart of the historic center of Naples, the Sansevero Chapel is a jewel of the Baroque full of symbolism, art and mystery. Wanted by Prince Raymond of Sangro, it houses the famous Veiled Christ, the extraordinary marble sculpture by Giuseppe Sanmartino, famous for the transparent veil carved in stone with incredible realism.
