Upon arrival at Victoria Falls International Airport, the staff will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Hwange National Park in comfortable, air-conditioned 4×4 vehicles. The approximately 170 km journey takes you through scenic landscapes, the national park, and local villages, offering opportunities to observe wildlife and interact with local communities along the way. Upon arrival at Hwange Safari Lodge, you will be promptly checked in and ready to begin your safari adventure.
This thrilling adventure takes guests through Zimbabwe’s largest national park, offering unforgettable wildlife encounters and breathtaking scenery. At 08:00, guests are picked up from their hotel and transferred to Hwange National Park, a vast wilderness spanning approximately 14,600 km² (5,640 sq mi). A full-day game drive immerses travelers in diverse ecosystems teeming with wildlife, including the famed Big Five. Midway through the day, guests enjoy a scenic picnic lunch amidst the park’s stunning landscapes. The game drive concludes at 16:00, after which guests are transferred back to their hotel, completing an unforgettable day in one of Africa’s most wildlife-rich wildernesses.
At 10:00 am, you transfer to Victoria Falls and check in at the Rainbow Hotel, then at 4:00 pm embark on a two-hour Zambezi River sunset cruise, where golden light dances on the water, wildlife drifts along the banks, and the serene beauty of Africa surrounds you. After returning to the hotel, at 7:00 pm, experience the vibrant Boma Dinner & Drum Show, savoring traditional African cuisine while rhythmic drums, lively performances, and interactive entertainment immerse you in the rich culture and spirited energy of Southern Africa, before returning to the hotel to end a memorable day at 0930 pm.
At 10:00 am, you are picked up for a two-hour guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the world’s most spectacular waterfalls, where the sheer grandeur, the roar of crashing water, and the cool mist create an unforgettable sensory experience. To cap the day, take to the skies on the Helicopter Flight of Angels for a breathtaking bird’s-eye view of the falls, witnessing the mighty Victoria Falls as a vast sheet of water thundering into the gorge—a truly unique perspective that highlights the power and majesty of this natural wonder.
Explore Chobe National Park in northern Botswana, famed for its incredible wildlife and rich biodiversity. Witness elephants, lions, and countless other species in their natural habitat. After sunset, transfer to Trave Lodge for overnight stay. Over the next two days, enjoy thrilling game drives and a scenic boat cruise along the Chobe River, immersing yourself in the heart of Africa’s wildlife wonderland.
At 06am, guests are picked up for an early morning game drive. This game drive mainly targets cats when they are still super active ending at 0930am when guests are transferred back to the lodge for breakfast. At 3pm, guests are picked up yet again for a sunset boat cruise and at sunset. Guests are then transferred back to the Hotel for Diner and overnight accommodation.
After breakfast, guests check out of Travelodge and depart for Elephant Sands, a 250 km journey from Chobe (Kasane) that takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. Arrival is around lunchtime. After lunch, guests set out on an exciting afternoon game drive, returning at sunset. The evening offers a truly unforgettable experience — relaxing by the open fire while watching elephants gather and drink at the nearby waterhole, creating a magical close-up encounter with these gentle giants before retiring to their lodges for the night.
After breakfast, depart Elephant Sands and begin your journey to Planet Baobab near the Makgadikgadi Pans. The drive covers approximately 150 kilometers and takes around two and a half hours. Arrive at Planet Baobab in time for a 2:00 pm pickup to explore the vast Makgadikgadi region. Enjoy an afternoon excursion across the salt pans, where you can encounter curious meerkats and take in the dramatic desert landscapes. Return to the lodge around 8:00 pm for dinner and an overnight stay under the star-filled sky.
After breakfast, clients check out from Planet Biobab and begin the journey to Moremi. Expected arrival time is 3pm. Thereafter, guests embark on a late afternoon game drive+evening game drive ending around 8/9 pm. On return to campsite, dinner is served. The tents are a minimum size of 3m*3m, clients will sleep on normal beds, each tent has a private veranda and bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. The staff will take care of all the camp chores. To accommodate night game drives when needed, the camping is in Kwai, bordering Moremi. No night game drives are allowed within Moremi.
Depending on guest preferences, game drives can begin as early as 6:00 am, returning to camp for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An evening game drive can also be arranged, typically ending around 8:00 or 9:00 pm. The program is highly flexible and tailored to guests’ individual interests. The tents, each measuring a minimum of 3m x 3m, are furnished with comfortable beds and feature a private veranda and en-suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink. All camp chores are handled by the attentive staff, ensuring a relaxed and memorable safari experience.
At 6:00 am, guests embark on an early morning game drive through the Moremi Game Reserve, concluding around 10:00 or 11:00 am. This marks the final game drive of the safari in Moremi. Upon return to camp, a hearty breakfast is served before guests are transferred to Maun for overnight accommodation and dinner at Sedia Hotel.
On the 12th day, guests explore the magnificent Okavango Delta, a breathtaking oasis where the Okavango River spreads into the sands of the Kalahari Desert. This vast wetland is celebrated for its spectacular scenery, abundant wildlife, and tranquil waterways. Guests enjoy a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) excursion, gliding through the serene channels lined with reeds, followed by a guided walking safari that offers close encounters with elephants, hippos, lions, and a dazzling array of bird-life.
On the 13th day, guests take time to relax and reflect on the unforgettable experiences of the past eleven days — the breathtaking landscapes, thrilling safaris, and rich cultural encounters. This day also offers the flexibility to enjoy optional activities of personal interest or simply unwind at leisure. Depending on individual flight schedules, guests are then transferred to the airport for their onward journey or final departure, marking the end of a remarkable safari adventure.
