• Guests must be ready in the lobby or outside property at scheduled time
• Private vehicle — no shared transportation
• Travel time to Kingston: approximately 1 hour 30 minutes – 2 hours depending on traffic
• Return departure from Kingston is coordinated based on group preference (typically 2:30am–3:30am)
• Driver remains on call throughout the night for safety and convenience

• Pickup outside Ocho Rios may incur an additional fee
• Excessive waiting time (over 15 minutes past agreed time) may affect itinerary
