Set out on a 3-day journey to explore the breathtaking beauty of Sapa, beginning with a scenic drive from Hanoi. Trek across charming villages such as Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van, where you’ll experience the rich traditions of the Black H’Mong and Day communities. Take part in a hands-on cooking class and enjoy authentic local meals at cozy homestays. On the second day, continue your adventure to Giang Ta Chai and Ban Ho villages, where you’ll be introduced to the vibrant culture of the Red Dao people. After days of trekking and cultural discovery, return to Hanoi with lasting memories of Sapa’s ethnic villages and stunning mountain landscapes.

1Hanoi Old Quarter Vietnam
06:00 – 06:45: Our bus will pick you up at or your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart to Sapa, following Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway. Along the way, you will enjoy by the beauty of the northwest mountains, or the terraced fields that sparkle in sunlight and through the fog. We will Stop halfway and take a rest for 30 minutes.

13:00 – 13:30: Arrive at Sapa. Have lunch at the restaurant.

14:00 – 14:30: When everyone is ready, we will walk about 6 km to the Southeast of Sapa along the slopes of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of Black H’mong. After that, we will continue walking about 3 km to Lao Chai village of the H’mong people. Tourists need to walk through a small tunnel/over a small bridge leading to Muong Hoa valley to get inside the village.

4Ta Van Village
16:00: Arrive at Ta Van village; a commune of Sa Pa, 8 km from the center of the town. It is an area with many ethnic groups, including the Day and the Mong. Ta Van is a tourist area with landmarks such as Ancient Rock Beach, Cau May, Nha San and many ethnic specialties

5Sapa
17:00: Check-in at homestay. You can participate in a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls. 18:30: Enjoy local dishes for dinner. Sleeping at homestay in Ta Van Village.

6Giang Ta Chai Village
07:00 - 08:00: Have breakfast at the Homestay. Giang Ta Chai Village will be place that you will visit in the morning of the 2nd day. We will walk 8 km to visit 2 villages of Red Dao. Giang Ta Chai is one of the villages of Red Dao. It has become one of the attractive places for travelers who want to experience colorful traditions and customs. 12:00 - 12:30: Enjoy lunch then rest at the local restaurant

13:30 – After lunch, continue your trek for about 6 km towards Ban Ho Village, passing through scenic trails and terraced valleys along the way. 15:30 – Arrive in Ban Ho, check in at your homestay, and take time to explore the village and learn about the unique customs of the local ethnic communities. 18:00 – Enjoy a traditional dinner prepared at the homestay, featuring authentic local flavors, and spend the evening experiencing the warm hospitality of Ban Ho.

07:00 – 08:30 – Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the homestay to start your day full of energy. After breakfast, take a leisurely walk around the village, where you’ll have the chance to meet local families, observe their daily activities, and learn more about the unique customs and traditions of the ethnic communities living here. It’s a wonderful opportunity to experience authentic village life up close. 12:00 – Gather at a local restaurant for a delicious lunch featuring regional specialties. After the meal, take some time to relax in the peaceful surroundings before preparing for the return journey. 13:00 – A car will pick you up and transfer you back to Sapa Town. Sit back and enjoy the scenic drive through mountains and valleys, reflecting on the memorable trekking experience, cultural encounters, and breathtaking landscapes you discovered during your Sapa adventure.
