  Welcome to Amboseli National Park better known as the home of elephants! This unique park fed by Kilimanjaro's springs boasts diverse landscapes and incredible wildlife. Its stars are the elephants which you will see vast herds often with huge tusks roaming freely. Beyond them spot majestic lions massive hippos in the swamps and a vibrant array of birdlife.Later on climb the Observation Hill for stunning 36 degree views of the park including an unrivaled vista of Mount Kilimanjaro.   Explore Amboseli's vast, shimmering dry Lake Amboseli. For much of the year it's a colossal basin of cracked, white, alkaline earth—a stark remnant of an ancient lake, perfectly living up to the Maasai name "Empusel" (salty, dusty place).
