Tour begins with a tour of the iconic Makishi Public Market. Alongside a bilingual local guide, you will experience Okinawa’s vibrant food culture up close and see the fresh local ingredients firsthand.

Back in the kitchen, you’ll learn how to cook authentic Okinawan dishes, from classic Goya Champuru to Rafute (braised pork belly).

At the end of the class, sit down together to enjoy the delicious feast you’ve prepared! Afterward, you’ll receive digital recipe cards, so you can easily recreate the rich flavors of Okinawa back home.

Tour begins by exploring the vibrant market alongside a local guide.

Following the market tour, you will head to the cooking studio to whip up authentic dishes using local Okinawan ingredients. Under friendly guidance, you will discover the secrets behind beloved recipes.
With a cozy, small-group setting limited to a maximum of 12 guests, you will enjoy plenty of personalized support in a completely relaxed atmosphere.
The entire experience runs for about 3 to 3.5 hours, starting daily at 10:00 AM.
