Castello District — Where Venice’s Living Traditions Are Served!

Step beyond Venice’s ceremonial center and into Castello, where daily life still unfolds through neighborhood bacari, family-run trattorias, and the animated rhythm of the city’s campi. Across four thoughtfully chosen tasting stops, authentic Venetian cuisine and Italian culinary traditions are presented in a carefully paced progression equivalent to a complete meal.

Between tastings, your guide brings Castello into focus through stories of local customs, culinary traditions, and the people who have shaped the neighborhood’s tables. Each story unfolds in the place where it belongs, preserving a genuine sense of discovery throughout the experience. Short, relaxed walks leave time to savor both the cuisine and the atmosphere of each setting.
