Arrival Pickup Instructions: - Your driver will meet you outside the terminal at the cafeteria area, holding a sign with your name: Terminal B: "Refugio" cafeteria. Terminal A: "Jetlag" cafeteria. - Once you have your luggage and are on your way out, please contact us so we can dispatch the vehicle to meet you. - We will send you a photo of the driver and vehicle to help you identify them easily. - Included Transportation: You will be transported in a private air-conditioned vehicle (SUV, MiniVan, or Sedan depending on group size). - This service only includes transfers to hotels in the Punta Cana area. - Don’t see your hotel? Try typing the name in the search bar of the dropdown to see if it comes up. - Important Notes: Car seats are not included but can be provided for an extra charge if requested in advance. - Any additional stops (e.g., grocery store, etc.) are available for an extra fee.
