Discover the wild beauty of Papudo on a full-day Pacific coast adventure from Santiago. Start with a boat excursion from the local cove to Isla Lobos, a rocky islet known for sea lions, seabirds, and the chance to spot Humboldt penguins. Back at the caleta, stop at Playa Los Lilenes for photos and an optional quick swim in its clear waters.
Enjoy free time in Papudo to relax on the beach, explore the town, and browse local souvenirs, with a break for snacks/lunch (not included). Finish the day with a scenic coastal horseback ride starting from Playa Los Lilenes, following ocean-view trails at a relaxed pace.

Between 08:00 and 08:30 a.m., we pick up guests directly from their hotels, as long as they are located in Providencia, Las Condes, Santiago Centro, Vitacura, or Ñuñoa. A BrothersTours staff member will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby holding a BrothersTours sign.

The boat tour begins at the Papudo fishing cove, where the captain provides a brief safety briefing before departing offshore toward Lobos Island. During the navigation, you will travel through rocky coastal areas and open waters known for their rich marine life, offering excellent opportunities to enjoy the coastal landscape from the sea. As the boat approaches the island, the speed is reduced to allow for safe and respectful wildlife observation. It is common to see families of sea lions resting on the rocks, as well as a wide variety of seabirds. With some luck and depending on the season, Humboldt penguins may also be spotted in their natural habitat. After time for observation and photographs, the boat returns to the cove, bringing the experience to an end.

After the boat tour, travelers will enjoy some relaxed time at Papudo’s small beach. Here, they can have lunch or a light snack in the area (not included), with local dining options available to enjoy the coastal atmosphere at a relaxed pace. Afterward, there will be free time to walk around the area, explore the surroundings, and visit small shops or stalls where local souvenirs, handicrafts, and regional products can be found. Those who prefer may simply relax on the beach, walk along the shore, and take photos before continuing with the next activity of the tour.

The horseback riding experience takes place along the coastal area of Los Lilenes Beach, where travelers will ride calm, well-trained horses guided by local staff. After a brief safety briefing and equipment adjustment, the ride begins at a relaxed pace along seaside trails, offering open views of the ocean and the characteristic coastal landscape of Papudo. During the experience, travelers will enjoy a peaceful and scenic ride, suitable for both beginners and those with prior riding experience. There will be moments to stop for photos, take in the surroundings, and enjoy the tranquility of the coastline before finishing the ride at the same starting point.
