You will learn to prepare fresh pasta and cannoli following ancients sicilian recipes in a wonderful farmhouse, called Fontana Murata.
Fontana Murata farm has an extension of 300 hectares with cultivations of wheat, olives, vineyards and Siccagno tomatoes.An agritourism was born within our farm 40 years ago. The first in western Sicily with license no. 1
I will share with my guests the story of my family and of my historic farm. We will use the raw material from my company or premises.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will see in front the ticket office in central train station. We will buy the tickets and together we will start our journey. The tickets for the train are not includer on the price.
What to expect
We will make a special cooking class in my farmhouse!
I have a restaurant family in my farm from 40 years.
We will preapare tipical plates of the sicilian tradition, using the products of my farme. we will prepare 3 shapes of pasta and we will prepare the most important sicilian dessert, cannoli. We will have fun and we will cook in a strict contact with nature. My farm is 300 ectar of field where growth grains, vegetable, tomatos, grapes and olive. we will start to make a wonderful breakfast and let's start to cook.
