We provide flexible pickup from any hotel, homestay, or location within Penang city and airport area. Please provide your pickup address and preferred time when booking. Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp prior to arrival. If you’re arriving by flight, kindly share flight number for smoother coordination. We also pick up from: - Penang International Airport (PEN) - George Town area - Ferry terminal or bus station (upon request)
We offer flexible drop-off at your selected location within Ipoh city area, including hotels, homestays, Ipoh Airport, Amanjaya Bus Terminal, and Ipoh Railway Station. Please provide your drop-off address during booking for a smooth arrival experience.
What to expect
Once you book your transfer, you will receive an instant confirmation with all details, including pickup time, location in Penang, drop-off in Ipoh, vehicle type, and driver information.
Step 2 – Pre-Trip Reminder
One day before your journey, we will reconfirm the pickup time and share the driver’s contact and vehicle details. Any special requests (extra luggage, baby seat, sightseeing stop) can be arranged in advance.
Step 3 – Pickup in Penang
On the day, your driver will arrive early at your hotel, airport, or port in Penang. The driver will greet you, assist with luggage, and ensure you are comfortable before departure. Complimentary bottled water is provided.
Step 4 – Comfortable Journey
Enjoy a private, air-conditioned ride from Penang to Ipoh, usually 2.5–3.5 hours via the Penang Bridge and PLUS Highway. Rest stops can be made along the way for food, drinks, or washrooms.
Step 5 – Arrival in Ipoh
The driver will drop you directly at your hotel or selected destination in Ipoh. Luggage is carefully unloaded, and the service ends with a thank-you and reminder that we are available for return trips or local tours.
