What to expect
Want to discover apnea gently? This baptism plunges you into a unique adventure.
Course: The christening takes place in a friendly atmosphere in the lagoon. You will enjoy a theoretical part, breathing exercises and especially a total immersion in water with static apnea and apnea more deeply. You will be guided and accompanied to understand what apnea is, what is happening in your body, how to properly prepare an apnea and compensate its ears to achieve deeper apneas.
