What to expect
Reserve your private transfer online through our Viator listing or by phone. Choose your pickup location, date, and time. You will receive a booking confirmation with all details.

Our driver will contact you approximately 1 hour before your scheduled pickup to confirm the exact time and pickup location.
Step 3: Pickup
Meet your driver at the designated meeting point (hotel lobby or airport baggage claim). Look for a sign with your name or our company logo.
Step 4: Transfer
Travel in a private, comfortable vehicle from Salt Lake City Airport to Park City (or vice versa). The trip usually takes 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.
