Meeting and pickup
We offer pickup from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter. Please wait at your hotel lobby or main entrance 15 minutes before the departure time.
Our driver or guide will contact you by phone or WhatsApp before arrival and will look for the lead traveler’s name. If your hotel is located in a small alley or in an area where the limousine cannot stop, we will inform you of the nearest pickup point in advance.
If you are meeting us at a designated meeting point, please wait at the main entrance. Our driver or guide will be holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Please make sure your phone is available so we can contact you if needed.
