Beijing’s Yuxiandu, an imperial cuisine museum by Beijing Kerry Yuxiandu Catering Investment Holding Group, blends dining with cultural immersion in a unique "museum-in-restaurant, restaurant-in-museum" four-story venue. Adorned with Forbidden City-inspired grandeur and resplendent decor. There are also numerous imperial delicacies waiting to be savored. Cultural immersion abounds with over 300 types (3,000 pieces) of Hanfu spanning Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties, plus professional makeup and diverse accessories. The highlight is the Zhonghua Yipin Banquet, co-launched with the Palace Museum, restoring the Empress Dowager’s birthday banquet scene. Guests enjoy dishes served by "ladies-in-waiting," watch wonderful performances, and learn about the dishes’ history and cooking methods, fully experiencing imperial dining etiquette.
