Yatai are small, intimate food stalls where locals gather after work. For first-time visitors, they can feel confusing with unwritten rules and strong local customs. That is where your local guide comes in.
This cultural night experience is guided by a local who helps you navigate the yatai world comfortably. Your guide explains how to order, interact with vendors and locals, and the cultural background behind these unique street stalls.
The tour lasts approximately two hours. You can relax at one yatai, or move to a second depending on atmosphere and preference. We enjoy the experience at a natural pace, just as locals do.
A light selection of local dishes is included, but the true value lies in conversation, cultural insight, and having a knowledgeable local by your side—not in food quantity.

Order in Japanese: Your guide will teach you simple phrases and etiquette. Try ordering your own drinks and interacting with the friendly staff! Flexible Flow: Spend the full 2 hours at one spot, or go "Yatai hopping" to a 2nd or 3rd stall (extra food/drinks are at your own expense).
