A unique combination of six local wine varieties paired with our avant-garde local dishes. Taste Zhilavka, Smedervka white wines, Stanushina rose and our spicy red Prokupec, crowned by Vranec Reserva with 15% alcohol. Finished with Macedonian aromatic Temjanika wine.

What to expect

Experience six authentic Macedonian wines, each thoughtfully paired with regional dishes. Taste Žilavka, Smederevka, Stanushina, Prokupec, Vranec and Temjanika. All glasses are 0.1 L. Food pairings include 50–75 g starters and a 150 g main course. No replacement of pork dishes is possible (Additional orders from the menu accepted) .

2. Starter · Smederevka Barrel Fermented with chicken pâté
Unique oak-aged local variety served with our homemade chicken pâté.

3. Starter · Stanushina Rosé with wild mushroom risotto
Elegant rosé from the native Stanushina grape paired with creamy wild mushroom risotto.

4. Starter · Prokupec with Mavrovo sheep “Kashkaval”
Medium-bodied, spicy Prokupec matched with artisanal sheep cheese and cured meats.

5. Main · Vranec Reserva with pork filet and leeks
Macedonia’s iconic red, paired with an avant-garde version of pork with leeks.

6. Dessert · Temjanika with apple dessert
Aromatic Temjanika, cousin of Muscat, served with our signature apple creation.
