Working alongside the chef, you'll prepare seafood-based recipes while learning professional techniques, ingredient selection and plating principles. Particular attention is given to seasonality, sustainability and the ability to elevate simple ingredients through precision and balance.
Throughout the class, you'll gain practical culinary skills and a deeper understanding of how contemporary Italian chefs reinterpret traditional seafood dishes while remaining faithful to their origins.
