What to expect

Club Joy, alongside our chef, welcomes you to discover Japanese cuisine in the heart of Milan.

You will learn how to prepare sushi rice, understand the essential ingredients, use the bamboo mat, and create your own maki and uramaki. You will choose your combinations, roll, cut, and plate everything using authentic Japanese techniques.
