What to expect
Live an authentic culinary experience in Porto Venere and discover how the real Ligurian pesto is born with your own hands. In a convivial workshop led by a local chef you will use traditional ingredients - fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, selected cheeses and extra virgin olive oil - and prepare the sauce in a marble mortar following the artisan technique. At the end you will enjoy your pesto with typical pasta and a glass of wine, and take home your 200g jar as a gastronomic souvenir.
