What to expect

Club Joy brings you into the heart of Rome for a sweet and authentic experience led by Angelo or Federico Ciampini, master gelato makers for generations. Inside their artisanal lab, you'll uncover the secrets behind real Italian gelato. You'll choose ingredients, mix the base, watch the churning process, and prepare your own takeaway box.

During the experience:
- Learn how to select high-quality ingredients
- Mix the gelato base with guidance from the maestro
- Watch the gelato being churned with a historic machine
- Taste freshly made gelato directly in the lab
- Package your own custom takeaway box
