What to expect

Step inside a real Roman home in Trastevere and discover the heart of Italian cooking with chef Ilaria, a professional from a long-standing family of restaurateurs. This hands-on culinary workshop invites you to prepare three types of fresh pasta from scratch with your own hands, alongside mastering traditional Roman sauces like cacio e pepe and fresh tomato basil. Throughout the session, you will cook, eat, and laugh as you connect over food in an intimate kitchen setting, finishing the meal by preparing tiramisù using Ilaria’s cherished family recipe. By the end of this experience, you will take home authentic recipes and stories that last a lifetime. Please note that a minimum of two participants is required for this experience.
