Want to enjoy some of the world class trail running in Squamish, but not quite sure where to go? Or perhaps a little shy of the local wildlife? Let our guide show you some of the best places to run!

Our guide will set a route based on the weather and guest preferences, so you are free to enjoy the trails and soak in the scenery! With extensive local knowledge, wilderness first aid certification, and years of experience finding the best snack spots in Squamish, our guide would be delighted to take you on a trail running adventure and show you are favorite local routes!

What to expect

We will meet at the trailhead (or at your desired meeting location, if transportation has been arranged) and do a brief warm up walk and guest briefing. We will ensure everyone has suitable clothing and water/snacks and head to the trails!

Your guide will pick the best trail for the day and group. They will set an appropriate pace and offer helpful tips about running technique and trail running.

Guests should dress appropriately for the weather and bring water and snacks as appropriate for the distance.

Beginner or newer runners are welcome! This run is about enjoying nature and movement. We generally hike up inclines and enjoy flats and downhills at a conversational pace. If you are interested in a speedier pace, contact us for a private booking or we will try to link you up with a faster paced booking/group of guests.

We travel as a group and are always sure to re-group at intersections and viewpoints (for photo ops too!). Runs are typically 1-2 hours (based on group desires and speed).

We will finish the run with stretching and (if desired!) go for a coffee or treat!

Additional info

  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
