Meeting and pickup
Shared pickup and drop-off are available from eligible hotels and residences in central Dubai. Pickup usually takes place between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, depending on the guest’s location, season, traffic conditions and sunset time. The exact pickup time and vehicle details will be confirmed by WhatsApp before the tour. Please wait in the hotel lobby or agreed pickup area at least 10 minutes before the confirmed time. Shared transportation may include additional stops to collect other guests. Pickup from remote locations such as Jebel Ali, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Bab Al Shams, Al Maha or areas outside central Dubai may require an additional charge or a designated meeting point. Direct pickup from airport terminals is not available.
