    Day 1: Marrakech to Ait Benhaddou – Discovery & Overnight Stay

    Ait Ben Haddou

    The journey starts at 7:30 AM, with your driver picking you up from your hotel in Marrakech. You'll drive through the High Atlas Mountains, passing Berber villages and desert landscapes, arriving at Ait Benhaddou around 10:30 AM. After a guided tour of the UNESCO World Heritage kasbah, exploring its narrow alleys, mud-brick architecture, and stunning views, you'll learn about the site's history and its role in films like Gladiator. At 1:00 PM, enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch featuring tagine, couscous, or pastilla, with mint tea and fresh bread. After lunch, check into your riad or hotel around 3:00 PM. Relax and take in the serene surroundings. You’ll have time to wander around the kasbahs before a delicious Moroccan dinner in the evening. Spend the night in Ait Benhaddou or Boumaln Dades.

    Day 2: Ait Benhaddou to Marrakech

    Atlas Mountains View

    On the second day, you will start your morning with a traditional Moroccan breakfast at your riad or hotel around 8:00 AM. Breakfast usually consists of fresh bread, msemen (Moroccan pancakes), olives, cheese, jam, and, of course, mint tea. After a relaxing morning, your driver will pick you up around 9:00 AM, and you’ll begin the journey back to Marrakech. The drive takes about 3.5 to 4 hours, and along the way, you will be treated to more spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains. Around 12:30 PM, you will stop at the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, one of the highest points of the Atlas Mountains. After the stop, you will continue your journey and should arrive in Marrakech by around 2:00 PM. Depending on your interests and the time available, your driver can drop you off at your hotel or riad. This marks the end of your two-day adventure, filled with cultural exploration, natural beauty, and memorable experiences.
