What to expect

We will pick you up at the meeting point and travel by car to a hidden corner of hot springs surrounded by nature. After enjoying the Andalusian landscape along the way, I will welcome you with hot drinks and warm towels to start in a welcoming atmosphere. We will hold a gentle yoga session, guided meditation or conscious breathing exercises in a serene environment, releasing tensions and connecting body and mind. Then, you can immerse yourself in the warm hot springs, known for their therapeutic properties, letting the stress go away. You will also enjoy a focused revitalizing massage or aromatherapy. We will finish with tea, fresh fruit and a surprise detail, before returning renewed to Granada.
