What to expect

Your wing foiling adventure begins with an introduction to the sport. You'll start on land, where your instructor will guide you through essential safety procedures, equipment setup, and basic wing handling techniques. Once you're comfortable, you’ll head to the water to practice controlling the wing and balancing on the board.

In the shallow waters of Kite Beach, you’ll develop your wing control, learn how to generate power, and practice your first attempts at getting up on the foil. As you progress, your instructor will help you refine your technique and increase your confidence, guiding you toward smooth, controlled gliding above the water. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider looking to improve, your lesson will be adapted to your needs.
