-Number of passengers (Max 10)
-Airline and Flight number or cruise ship name
-Pickup location and drop-off destination. Please provide address
Your driver will track your flight or cruise arrival to ensure on-time pickup. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry—your pickup time will automatically adjust.
Please provide preferred method of communication. Phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.
For Airport Pickup (HNL):
Your driver will meet you outside the baggage claim area at the designated commercial pickup zone for your terminal. You will receive a text message or call when your driver is approaching. Look for a black Mercedes Sprinter van. The driver will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name.
For Hotel Pickup (Waikiki/Honolulu):
Please be ready at the hotel lobby or designated pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will contact you upon arrival and assist with luggage.
All children must be seated using seatbelts. If you require infant or toddler car seats, please request them in advance.
This service is private and reserved only for the booked party. There will be no other travelers added to your vehicle, and the schedule will be based solely on your itinerary.
Please contact us if your arrival changes or if you are unable to locate your driver at the pickup area. We are happy to assist.
