What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For your comfort and convenience, we provide door-to-door pickup from your accommodation in Tbilisi. On the morning of your tour, our driver or guide will meet you at the arranged location and will be holding a printed sign with your name so you can easily recognize us.
Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup time, and ensure your phone is reachable in case we need to contact you. If you’re staying in a place that’s difficult to access by car, we’ll arrange the closest possible meeting point and guide you there.

Easy Identification at Pickup
To make your arrival stress-free, our driver will be waiting for you with a printed sign displaying your name.

At the airport: the driver stands in the arrivals hall, directly after baggage claim
At hotels/apartments: the driver waits at the main entrance or at the nearest accessible point if the street is narrow
Your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details are sent to you in advance

The journey from Tbilisi to Gudauri takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on weather and traffic. Travelers can expect:
