During your visit, explore the vineyards and winery with a local guide while discovering Mallorca’s wine heritage, local grape varieties and traditional winemaking methods. The experience continues with a tasting of four wines—two reds, one rosé and one white—served alongside artisanal crackers and homemade jams.
For those looking to enjoy even more of Mallorca’s local flavours, optional cheese and cured meat selections are available. You’ll also have the chance to purchase your favourite wines directly from the winery and take a taste of the island home with you.

Address: Passeig de s’Escollera, 7, 07012 Palma de Mallorca. The building is located right by the sea, next to the port area and very close to Palma Cathedral. Taxis know it well – just ask for “Centro de Salud Casa del Mar”. Or use Google Maps. Please wait at the main entrance.

Departing from Palma, we travel through scenic landscapes to a family-owned winery in the Binissalem region. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed for a guided tour of the vineyards and estate, learning about the history, traditions, and modern techniques of local winemaking. Discover how the unique climate and soil shape the character of these wines while exploring the cellars and production areas. After the tour, enjoy a curated tasting of four wines (two reds, one rosé, one white), paired with artisanal crackers made with extra virgin olive oil and homemade jams specially designed for wine pairing. To complement your experience, you can choose optional extras such as cheese, local sausage, Iberian ham, or an additional glass of wine. Before heading back to Palma, take the opportunity to purchase wines to bring a taste of Mallorca home.
