Airport Pick-up Instructions: We monitor and track all flights, we will pick you up on time, whether your flight arrives early or is delayed. You will receive your assigned driver’s details and phone number within 12 hours before your pick-up time, making sure you can contact them at any time if necessary. Please contact your representative operator or driver at the provided number if you encounter any issues. Your driver will be waiting at the pick-up point in the arrivals area with your name written on the board, 60 minutes after your landing time. It is vital that you make contact with the representative / driver on the number supplied within 1 hour after landing so that we know you are at the airport. Please inform the driver in case of major delays at passport control or baggage collection, so we can avoid any confusion and we will know that you are stuck inside the airport.If you are being picked-up from a hotel, public place or large venue, please contact your driver on the supplied number to locate them, if necessary. For other types of pick-up, please wait at the designated address and ensure that you are ready to depart at the specified time. If any issue, please call us and we will be happy to assist you.
