This shrine is dedicated to Ebisu, one of Japan’s Seven Lucky Gods. He’s the god of good luck in business. You can make a very unique experience—you toss a coin upward toward a box above the main torii gate, under Ebisu’s big smiling face. It’s a lighthearted and memorable experience you won’t usually see at other shrines!
