Chase the Northern Lights on this dynamic aurora-hunting tour. Unlike fixed routes, this tour adapts in real time — tracking cloud cover, weather, and aurora activity to chase the clearest skies, whether that means heading inland, along the coast, or into Finland. Travel in comfort aboard a modern, heated coach with an onboard toilet, while your guide, who holds a Master of Science, explains the real physics behind the lights. At a prime viewing spot, gather around a warm fire for hot drinks, snacks, and marshmallow roasting, with extra time given whenever the aurora is active. Professional photos of you under the Northern Lights are included, and hands-on help is available if you'd like to shoot your own. The evening ends with a relaxed return to Tromsø.

Meeting and pickup
Meeting point is the main bus terminal by the harbor, close to the tourist information office. Your guide will be waiting at the platform in front of the bus holding a sign that reads "Amazing Aurora by Karlsøy Buss". September–October: Platform 2 November–April: Platform 6
