At Copenhagen Airport, our chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage. For hotel pickups, the driver will meet you in the hotel reception. In both locations, the chauffeur will be holding a sign with your name. You will receive a welcome message with the driver’s contact details and will be in direct contact in case of any questions or changes.

After booking, you will receive the name and phone number of your assigned chauffeur.

Once the chauffeur is on the way or has arrived at the pickup location, you will receive a welcome message.

At airports: Your chauffeur will greet you in the arrivals hall after you have collected your luggage, holding a sign with your name.
At hotels: The chauffeur will be waiting in the reception area with a sign.
Other locations: The chauffeur will be waiting at the designated meeting point, clearly visible with your name sign.

You will always be in direct contact with your driver in case of any changes or questions.
